If you’re unfamiliar with private labeling, it pretty much just involves you creating and selling your own unique products under your brand name on Amazon’s platform.
But Apical Ecom’s service will do this for you…so you essentially don’t have to do anything. You just need to have the money to invest in it.
Yes, there’s a potential to earn a passive income with Amazon FBA, but it’s not as easy as it’s made out to be.
With hiring a service like Apical Ecom, they will do all of the hard work for you…like researching your products, managing your inventory, and perfecting your listings.
Amazon FBA is extremely competitive…so in reality, using a service to run your FBA business won’t always work out like you hope.
Additionally, using a service to handle your private labeling means that a portion of your sales most likely goes to the company…so not only are you paying for the service, but you’re also having to fork over a percentage of your sales to the company.

I don’t know if you’ve seen what Kodi looks like…but he looks like he should be a model on a magazine cover rather than managing a private label management company….that honestly made me laugh a little bit at first.
When I first looked at his Instagram, I was like…you gotta be kidding me….this guy is running this service and he’s doing eight figures? He kinda looks more like a male model if you ask me.
But…he seems to know what he’s talking about. Kodi does admit that you won’t get rich instantly, but over time you could. You just have to play the long game and stick it out.
I’m still skeptical though…because all gurus have the same thing in mind…money. You pay them and they get what they want, whether it helps you or not.

Okay, so Apical Ecom cost isn’t necessarily clear or set in stone…but after reading the reviews on Apical Ecom’s website said that he bought a one product store from Apical and he paid $30,000 upfront.
So…when I say it’s expensive to pay for this type of service…this is what I mean.
Plus, there’s also the percentage of what you’ll pay to Apical Ecom every time you make a sale…and that percentage is unclear.
Amazon FBA in general isn’t cheap to keep up with, especially in the beginning, but adding a private label management company on top of that to pay for could end up being more than what you bargained for.
What Makes This Program Different…Or Not?
In the world of Amazon FBA selling courses and programs…Apical Ecom is a bit different because it’s a service that offers a completely done-for-you solution.
Apical Ecom will handle product research, sourcing and handling, listing optimization, and marketing.
Since it’s a service where you don’t have to do any of that, it makes it a little different than if you were to take a course on Amazon FBA…like Sophie Howard’s course or David Zaleski’s FBA Academy.
But it’s important to mention that you can learn how to do everything Kodi does with Apical Ecom for free on platforms like Google, YouTube, blogs, or forums.
At the end of the day, Apical Ecom is just another Amazon selling program and it’s up to you if you think it can benefit you, or if it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

As someone who has reviewed tons of different ecommerce programs and Amazon selling courses, I’ve learned that you need to have a healthy dose of skepticism when there is anyone or anything promising you a substantial income or financial freedom.
While Apical Ecom comes off as a super appealing proposition to aspiring Amazon sellers, it’s important to still recognize that the private label business still comes with a lot of challenges… regardless of what program or course you follow.
First, I don’t know how most people can afford to put tens of thousands of dollars into this service and then still accept that a percentage of their sales goes back to the service.
Apical Ecom has a 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, which indicates that Kodi probably has a good track record and people get some type of value from his service.
But like any other self proclaimed guru…I still can’t trust them right away.
I honestly feel like you’re better off learning how to do Amazon FBA yourself for free…yes, it might be harder to do but I bet it’s more affordable.
I’ve also reviewed the Biaheza Dropshipping Course, which offers a step-by-step guide to dropshipping on TikTok led by successful dropshipper Vlad Biaheza. However, it lacks personalized coaching, meaning students miss out on tailored advice.

I truly get how a service like this seems like the path to making money online…but the truth is, I’ve been around the block a bunch of times already and I’ve learned that there are challenges no matter how great something sounds.
I’ve tried my hand at so many different models, like:
- Affiliate marketing for many big networks
- Dropshipping hair accessories on Shopify
- Selling gardening supplies on Amazon FBA
While I did make some money doing these business models, none of them really helped me earn a true passive income and I didn’t make enough money to support my family.
Here’s why I couldn’t rely on these business models:
- I couldn’t earn a full-time income no matter what I did
- The income is inconsistent
- I spent far too much time and money on these models, leaving me with almost no free time to spend with my family
What else could help?
