TLDR: What’s the Deal With Amazon Ultimate?
Alright, let’s get straight to the point. Imagine you’re a real estate investor, and Amazon Ultimate is a fixer upper property you’re thinking about buying.
On the surface, it looks promising with its claims of helping you build a profitable Amazon business. But once you look at the property a little more carefully, you notice there are some major issues that need to be addressed.
The private label model that Amazon Ultimate teaches is like a house with a seemingly good structure, but there’s a bunch of underlying problems.
You need to find the right product…which is like the perfect location…and source a reliable manufacturer…which is like hiring high quality contractors.
Then you need to manage your inventory..or maintain the property…and constantly market your brand…or stage the home for sale…all while competing in the cutthroat Amazon marketplace.
It takes a ton of work, a lot of investment, and constant vigilance to turn your fixer upper into a valuable asset. If you miss one step, the whole project could come crumbling down.
Also, there’s a lack of passive income. It’s like being a hands-on landlord…always on call and dealing with tenant issues, handling maintenance requests, and collecting rent payments.
This is why I recommend the Digital Rental Method as the best business model.
I think Digital Rental Method is a much easier way to make a sustainable income. It’s like owning a successful rental property business…you don’t have to worry about finding the perfect homes, renovating them, or managing tenants.
Instead, you can focus on only one aspect – building lead generation websites that attract prospective tenants..like your customers…for other rental property owners.
Here’s why the Digital Rental Method is much easier than Amazon FBA:
- Competition isn’t going to come in and steal your listings, eliminating your income
- You won’t need to worry about Amazon shutting down your business
- There’s more potential to earn a passive income
- You don’t need to negotiate with suppliers overseas or worry about shipping costs
All of these things will help you earn a steady income flow that’s easily scalable every month.

Who Benefits From Amazon Ultimate and Who Doesn’t?
Not everyone will benefit from Amazon Ultimate…we all have different personalities, experience levels, and our goals are probably different.
So, before we continue looking into Amazon Ultimate, let’s take a step back and see if you think you will truly benefit from Shaddy’s program or if you think that maybe it isn’t the right program for you.
Who Benefits
- Anyone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, since Amazon FBA requires consistent effort and attention to detail
- People looking to build an online business from the ground up…private label selling could be a good way to do this
- Problem solvers who are comfortable navigating challenges, as finding the right products can be extremely challenging
Who Doesn’t Benefit
- People looking for a passive income stream, as Amazon FBA isn’t truly passive
- Anyone who is intimidated by competition…Amazon FBA is highly competitive
- People with impatient personalities looking for overnight success…Amazon FBA takes a lot of time and effort to be successful
At the end of the day, Amazon Ultimate is best for people who have the time and energy to give to starting their online business.
Not to mention, Amazon FBA can be expensive to start up, and that’s not including the cost of the course and shipping costs, so you need to make sure you have the money to get started and keep it running.
If you’re starting to think that Amazon FBA is too overwhelming for you or your personality doesn’t work well with this business model, there’s other online businesses you can try, like starting a background check business.

Let’s look a little closer at Amazon Ultimate…a program that is developed by Shaddy Mzeghet to teach you how to build a successful private label business on Amazon FBA.
The program aims to provide you with step by step directions on how to find profitable products, source from manufacturers, and optimize listings on Amazon’s platform…but is it actually a helpful program?
Let’s find out.
About the Business Model
Amazon FBA involves sourcing products from overseas, listing them on Amazon, and then relying on Amazon’s distribution network to handle your storage, shipping, and most of the customer service.
A lot of people tend to like Amazon FBA as a way to make money because it has the potential to earn passive income, but if you don’t have the financial means to get started, it can be extremely difficult to get to the point of making a true passive income.
Many people run into issues in the beginning, like investing in product research, branding, inventory costs, marketing, advertising, and so on.
It’s also highly competitive because of the thousands of other sellers on Amazon.
About Shaddy Mzeghet
Shaddy Mzeghet created Amazon Ultimate, and claims to have made seven figures through his Amazon FBA business.
He’s been selling on Amazon for five years, but actually started selling on eBay before making selling on Amazon his full time job.
Shaddy is semi-new to the Amazon FBA game, but he claims to have had success and wants to share his knowledge and experience on how to grow your business and save money.
But like any other guru, I’m skeptical as to why he thinks that following his course is the best way to become successful with your Amazon online business.
Amazon Ultimate Cost
Okay, so Shaddy’s Amazon Ultimate cost is free, and you can easily download the videos and start your training.
He also has an Amazon Advanced course 2.0, which is $54.99….which is pretty affordable compared to most other Amazon FBA courses, like Dominick Carney’s course or Dan Vas’ program.
It’s great that the cost of his basic course is free, but why is it free?
My question is…why bother doing his free course when you can just find likely the same type of information on Google or YouTube?
It also makes me wonder if the program really has anything in it that is “good”, since he isn’t charging for it.
What Makes This Program Different…Or Not?
The only thing that makes this program different from others is that it is free for the basic Amazon Ultimate course.
It goes over the same basic things every other FBA course goes over…like how to start your Amazon business, product research, product sourcing, and shipping.
Like I mentioned before, you can find all of these things on other free platforms too.
I’ve also reviewed Savvy Seller FBA course, which offers lifetime access to 15 hours of content, mentorship, and a private Facebook group for support.
Don’t miss my Smashers Academy review. This program by Janson Smith teaches starting and scaling an Amazon FBA business, including selling to the European market and handling one-star reviews.
My Personal Opinion
Area of Importance | Score | Takeaway |
---|---|---|
Time Investment | 2/5 | Amazon FBA is very time consuming, especially early on when you’re researching products, handling overseas shipment, and getting your listings up. |
Upfront Cost | 2/5 | Since you can opt for the entirely free program, the upfront cost is a little lower but he does come right out and say you need at least $5,000 for your first inventory to get started. |
Learning Curve | 2/5 | Amazon FBA is challenging to learn because there are many elements involved that you need to understand well to succeed. |
Profit Potential | 3/5 | If you can manage to get everything right, there is great profit potential with Amazon FBA. |
As someone who has extensively researched a lot of online business models, I can’t help but be skeptical of Amazon Ultimate.
Yes, the program does provide value in its curriculum and Shaddy’s personal experience, but it’s important to understand that there are always going to be challenges with the Amazon FBA business model no matter what course you take…free or not.
The idea of building your own business is undoubtedly appealing, but the reality is that this business model requires a lot of time, effort, and resources to make it work.
Even by following Shaddy’s guidance in his Amazon Ultimate program, you’ll still have to navigate all of the aggravation that comes with product sourcing, managing your inventory, marketing, and standing out in an overly crowded marketplace.
Before taking Shaddy’s Amazon Ultimate course, I recommend taking a step back and considering these things first:
- Do you feel like you can trust Shaddy Mzeghet? Just because he became successful through private label selling, doesn’t mean that following his teachings will bring you the same success.
- Take a look at your current situation, goals, and resources. If you’re prepared to spend the time, effort, and money on Amazon FBA, then maybe Amazon Ultimate will work for you.
- Do you think you’ll truly enjoy doing Amazon FBA? A lot of your time will be spent researching products, running ads, and managing your inventory.
If you’ve carefully considered these factors and believe that Amazon Ultimate is a good fit for you, then you can definitely try it out…just be sure you’re prepared to put in all of the effort and understand that the income isn’t truly passive since you have to put in so much work.
Is This an Amazon Ultimate Scam?
Right off the bat, I want to be clear…there is no Amazon Ultimate scam. Shaddy Mzeghet seems to be an experienced Amazon seller who is genuinely trying to share his knowledge and strategies for building a private label business.
But that doesn’t mean you should forget about the concerns that come with having an Amazon FBA business.
The bigger question is whether Amazon Ultimate delivers lasting value to justify the cost and effort required to run your Amazon FBA business.
If you’re trying to learn more about how to start your own Amazon FBA business, there are so many things to keep in mind:
- The time and effort you’ll spend keeping up with your business
- There is a lack of true passive income, as you spend so much time researching new products, checking your inventory, running ads, and so on
- There is a risk of being sold out by large sellers who can charge less than you and kick your listing off the top pages
To be honest, any Amazon FBA program you take has issues that you can’t get around. This is why I can’t recommend Amazon Ultimate.
Instead, I recommend Digital Rental Method as the best business model.
Digital Rental Method allows you to earn a true passive income by creating digital assets, ranking them, and attracting local businesses that need leads.
Once you establish the asset, you can start earning a passive income without having to do too much work.
The best part about the Digital Rental Method is that you have complete control over your assets. You’ll have to learn more about the Digital Rental Method before starting, but having the community makes it much easier.
Before taking the Amazon Ultimate course, I recommend the Digital Rental Method.
What’s Inside Amazon Ultimate
Alright, let’s get into the juicy details of what Shaddy has cooked up for us in his Amazon Ultimate program. This bad boy is jam-packed with everything you need to go from zero to private label hero on Amazon’s massive marketplace.
The Free Course
First up, you get a taste of the good stuff with the free introductory course. This is like the appetizer that whets your appetite and gives you a high-level overview of the private label game and the step-by-step process Shaddy follows.
Amazon Advanced 2.0 (Paid Course)
But if you want the full-course meal, you’ll need to pony up $54.99 for the Amazon Advanced 2.0 course. This is where Shaddy really starts dishing out the goods.
Module 1: Product Research
In Module 1, we’re talking product research. Shaddy’s gonna show you how to sniff out those hot-selling product opportunities that have people whipping out their wallets.
He’ll share his proven tricks for analyzing market trends, scoping out the competition, and finding those golden nugget products that are in high demand but with low competition.
Module 2: Product Sourcing
Once you’ve got your winning product picked out, it’s time for Module 2: Product Sourcing. Shaddy will take you by the hand and guide you through the wild world of sourcing from manufacturers, mostly in China.
You’ll learn how to negotiate those sweet deals, ensure your products meet quality standards, and navigate the often-tricky waters of international shipping and customs.
Module 3: Shipping and Logistics
Module 3 is all about getting those products from Point A to Point B – aka, shipping and logistics. Shaddy will hook you up with all the insider intel on getting your goods shipped to Amazon’s fulfillment centers without any hiccups. We’re talking optimizing your shipping strategies, cutting costs wherever possible, and ensuring a smooth flow of inventory.
Module 4: Listing Optimization
In Module 4, it’s time to make your product listings pop. Shaddy will share his secrets for creating listings that practically jump off the screen and into people’s shopping carts.
You’ll learn how to craft product descriptions that sell, use keywords like a pro, and leverage all the tools and features Amazon offers to maximize your visibility and sales.
Community and Support
Now, the course itself is solid, but where Amazon Ultimate might really shine is in the community and support aspect.
From what I’ve gathered, you’ll likely get access to a private Facebook group, live Q&A sessions, and maybe even some one-on-one coaching opportunities with Shaddy himself (potentially at an additional cost).
After Reading My Amazon Ultimate Review…What Do You Think?
So, do you feel like you’re ready to start your Amazon FBA business?
If you have the financial means to invest in products, manage inventory, create listings, and run ads, then maybe taking the Amazon Ultimate course can be beneficial for you.
Just remember that the whole process can be extremely overwhelming and you’ll be spending a lot of your time and energy trying to keep up with your business.
Because of this, I can’t recommend Amazon Ultimate.
What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online in 2024?
So I’ve definitely covered a lot of ground regarding Shaddy’s Amazon Ultimate program.
At first glance, it might seem like a promising way to make an online income stream, but I’ve been there and done that when it comes to exploring different online business opportunities. For example, I’ve tried many business models, like:
- Dropshipping pet supplies on Shopify
- Selling pool floats on Amazon FBA
- Affiliate marketing for many big networks
Even though I did make some money doing these business models, it wasn’t enough for me to support my family on that income alone.
Why couldn’t I rely on these business models?
- I spent way too much time with these models, leaving almost no free time to spend with my family or friends
- The income is inconsistent…one month I do well, and the next month I don’t
- It was super difficult to earn a full time income and I could never break the glass ceiling
So, what other options do I have?
If I were you, I’d consider the Digital Rental Method.
Digital Rental Method not only impacts my life, but it impacts the lives of my family and friends too. It’s given them the flexibility and freedom to live their lives the way they want to.
Here’s why the Digital Rental Method is a better option:
- Passive Income: with the Digital Rental Method, money automatically comes in because of built-in lease agreements. Once you set up and monetize your assets, they continue to generate income for you while providing value to your clients.
- Easy to Scale: To increase your income with the Digital Rental Method, simply build out another website, drive traffic to it, and start pitching to local business owners who need leads.
- Making an Impact: With Digital Rental Method, you’re making an impact on local business and people you know, helping them be able to support their families.
- Minimal Time Needed: Digital Rental Method doesn’t take up all of your time and is primarily hands off once your asset is up and running.
There really are few opportunities that have the same potential as the Digital Rental Method.
